After which the pomelo grown by Kazuki Maeda of Kumamoto made history. The weight of the pomelo was checked on 20 January 2021. According to the official website of Guinness World Records, this pomelo weighed 5,386 grams and had a diameter of 27.15 cm and a height of 23.1 cm.
