We tend to put on more clothes when compared to the normal time to get rid of my shiver in the winter.
This causes excessive sweating and our skin begins to smell. This makes it harder to hold moisture in our skin.

In the winter, my shivering winters don’t get up from bed. So we try to sleep a little longer than before.
