Mix ginger and gooseberry
The materials needed for it
Quarter kg of gooseberry
300 grams of sugar
Three-quarter cup ghee
One tablespoon of corn flour
Half a cup of maida flour
2 tablespoons cashew nuts
One tablespoon cinnamon powder
50 gm of ginger.
The way to prepare it
First, remove the inner seeds of the gooseberry and make a fine ruby paste.
Remove the ginger tops and boil it and prepare the hard paste.
Pour a cup of hot water and make a recipe.
Add the gooseberry paste, ghee and ginger paste to it.
As it hardens, add the ground cinnamon, cinnamon powder, and mix in a spoon.
After about ten minutes, choose a stove, take a plate, and pour the ghee in it and let it cool. Because the ghee is so soft it does not bite the plate in any way.
Then cut it into small pieces and decorate it with cashew peas.
Ginger and turmeric subzi

A cup of grated turmeric horn
Three peppercorns, small in size
One inch ginger, finely grated
One teaspoon of anise powder
One cup of yogurt
2 tablespoons clover
2 tablespoons red chilli powder
Three teaspoons Dhania powder
One teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon ghee or oil
Salt enough to taste
Two tablespoons chopped coriander leaves.

You can use medium turmeric or brightly colored turmeric to prepare the subzi. Turmeric subzi with orange fruit color is very delicious.
Mix yogurt and groundnut in a bowl and stir to combine. Add a little salt, anise powder, red chilli powder, rinse powder and mix well.
Now take a non stick pan and heat the oil in it. Add cumin seeds and burst. Put a little pepper, ginger, etc. and turn well.
Now add grated ginger and fry well for four to five minutes.
Add a bit of yoghurt to make it a bit more curd, so that the knots are not stirred. Cover it and cook for five to seven minutes as it slowly hardens. You can put some water as it hardens.
When ready, serve with coriander leaves.
