About 15 to 20 almond seeds ,3 cups white stock ,Two tablespoons butter ,1 tablespoon maida flour ,Three quarters of a cup of milk, Two Honey Almond Essence ,Two tablespoons Fresh Cream Add salt and pepper to taste Roasted almond slices for decoration on top.
The way to prepare it
Almonds should be soaked in hot water for about ten minutes.
Then peel off the top, blend it in a mixer with a little water and make a smooth paste.
Put the butter in a nonstick pan and when it is melted, add the flour you took and mix well and fry in medium flame for about 30 seconds.
Now add the white stock you have and mix well, turning it over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Slice the roasted almonds on top.
